I’ve been having a sharp pain around the navel area that sometimes goes upward into the upper abdomen, along with diarrhoea for the past few days. The pain comes in waves and feels quite uncomfortable. Please suggest

Are talking any medications? If not then take tab. Drotin 40mg sos for pain, tab pantop 40mg od before breakfast for gastritis and tab sporlac da 1 tab bd for 3 days
