Sprouts has water soluble vitamins especially B Complex. If you add less water and boil you won't lose much if nutrients but if you add more water and throw the water you will lose the water. Boiled sprouts are easy to digest.
It's your wish if you wish to have raw or boiled. As every body is different and reacts differently to each food.
