Spoting menses and implantation bleeding

What are the key signs to differentiate between menstrual bleed and implantation bleed. Though I am bleeding since morning and one pad is already filled. So is it periods or pregnency. And it is 34 day since 1st day of last period.

No implantation can occur 34 days after the last period. It is a normal period.

Implantation bleed is very uncommon and it will be okay pinkish discharge or spotting not free flow soaking 1 pad. If u think periods are delayed and u are having any other symptoms then do a pregnancy test to be sure.
