Sound in knee

During going up in stairs some sounds has been feeling in my right knee with some pain also. It's since last one year's onwards. Please suggest.

Cracking sound in joints is usually due to physical Inactivity. Kindly do some yoga based exercises. It should help you. If no relief, visit a ortho doctor. You may visit my YouTube channel 'drncgupta'  and see 'me and my yoga ' for guidence.

Hello.. getting pain in the knee while climbing stairs might be ligament injury..do you have any giving way sensation..if present kindly use knee brace ..do physiotherapy knee strengthening exercises..hot water bag application if pain exists

Its due to problem in knee stability structure.. If more problem, better to have mri knee
