You need to consult an oral pathologist for the proper evaluation of this condition...... right treatment can be advised only after the right diagnosis..... any ulcer persisting for this duration should not be ignored....

Since you have it for more than 8 months it is not a mere oral ulcer. You have to meet a dentist in person and go for a swab test to find out the reason. Might be some kind of infection or to the least vitamin deficiency. Any way make it quick to visit your nearby dentist
