Hello, you can do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal the sore tongue. visit a dentist and get it checked. it is better to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis.
Consult with an oral PATHOLOGIST as soon as possible as its a noon healing ulcer and till that time don't eat anything spicy, can apply dologel before eating food.
You need to consult an oral pathologist for the proper evaluation of this condition...... right treatment can be advised only after the right diagnosis..... any ulcer persisting for this duration should not be ignored....
