It's just an infection. Don't worry.
For sore throat - Take warm water, put some turmeric and salt in it. And gargle thrice a day till it gets resolved.
For coughing - Take a cup of warm water, add a juice of ginger and rock salt in it. Take it twice a day.
( Salt and turmeric has antibcaterial properties )
For cold and sneezing - Take steaming. ( If symptoms persists )
