What is the best solution for chronic nasal blockage, rhinitis. Once consulted one medicine specialist and diagnosed mild deviated nasal septum. Can medicines solve this and which is the best medicines

Yes. Medicine can give some symptomatic relief. Try using nasal decongestants and antihistamines for few days eg tab Levorid-D at night time for a 5 days . And then continue intranasal corticosteroid (Flutiflo nasal spray) and saline nasal drops(nasoclear nasal drops) from next 2-3 weeks.
Next Steps
Get a diagnostic Nasal endoscopy done if no relief after few weeks.
