Well clonazepam is benzodiazepine, which is usually prescribed in Social anxiety disorder & OCD as anxiolytic. Usual dose is 0.25-0.5-1 mg for episodic relief. Can take medicine up to 4-5 times in day.. Practically more than that should not be taken.. if required more dose than above mentioned then you should change medicine.. As it can cause side effects like sedation, which might impair functioning..

clonazepam is prescribed in start of course of treatment for instant relief of anxiety and restlessness. Most of the patients get relief from 0.25mg three times a day.
