I am feeling a small swelling on my groin area..close to my inner thigh and lower abdomen on right side..it's not on the skin surface..It's a bit painful on touch.should i be concerned on this?

It looks like hernia, but can't comment before i see the issue. Kindly tell me if its reducing when you lie down or is it always painful? Is the pain like dragging or constricting or restricting?
