Sudden right side severe pain and pain while urinating. Very small stone came out in urine with some blood. My ultrasound shows "mild prominence of right pelvicalyceal system and ureter is obscured".What does that mean? Kindly answer please. All over ultrasound is normal

PCS dilation may be bcoz of the which was obstructing the ureter Since u have passed stone u don’t need to worry it will resolve by itself
