DO THESE :
1, add in your daily meals more quality rice like basmati, take 3-4 days Khchdi/dalia etc.
2. Add 2-3 pcs of potatoes, sweet potatoes, & other green whole skin vegetables, like papaya,gourds all.
3. takle 2-3 pcs of biz size banana like in breakfast & other off time ,also may add grapes, take 50gm two time dry fruits like almond, cashew ,dates,
4. some good juices like nut lassi, mango juices, etc.Home made fried rice/polao/ biriyani are also high calorei weight gain foods. 2 times soups one before LUNCH & next before Dinner are hepful.
5. lastly no stress , sleep as much as possible 10 pm to 7 am - or 8- 10 hors in a day. also try to be activities oriented so that you can feel hunger & tired to fall asleep at night for dee sleep.
