Actually from 5 to 6 months I have little pain in testis which is moving from one testis to another and the pain is also radiating towards thigh and a stingy type pain is felt in thigh. The pain was feeling behind the testis and around the thigh area. So I did a routine blood test of full body which include urine test which was normal and a whole abdomen usg which was also normal so 2 days ago I went for a checkup to a urologist he physically examined my testis and said it is normal and suggested to go for usg scrotum and advice for only medicine eliwel 10. So I did a usg scrotum tomorrow and it is normal I am attaching the reports plzz tell me the reason for this slight pain and dr also suggested tight underwear to wear. Any tips or suggestions

Dear Patient,  Your **migratory testicular pain radiating to the thigh**, despite normal ultrasounds and exams, suggests one of these likely causes:  --- ### **Possible Diagnoses:**  1. **Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS)**     - Muscle tension/nerve irritation in the pelvic floor → referred pain to testicles/thigh.  2. **Nerve Entrapment**     - **Genitofemoral/Ilioinguinal nerve** compression (common in athletes/sedentary lifestyles).  3. **Postural Strain**     - Prolonged sitting/poor posture → pelvic muscle imbalance.  --- ### **Recommended Actions:**  ✔ **Wear Supportive Underwear** (As advised) – Reduces testicular movement/strain.  ✔ **Pelvic Floor Relaxation**:     - Warm sitz baths 2x/day.     - Gentle stretches (child’s pose, butterfly stretch).  ✔ **Nerve Glides**: Search *"genitofemoral nerve glide exercises"*.  --- ### **Medication Review:**  - **Eliwel (Amitriptyline 10mg)**: Helps neuropathic pain but may cause drowsiness.  --- ### **When to Re-Consult?**  - If pain **worsens or persists >2 months**.  - For **pelvic floor physiotherapy referral**.  📱 **For a tailored rehab plan, WhatsApp me**: **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**
