Everyday I tried to sleep early but can not sleep ! Don't know the reason but even if I try to sleep forcefully can't sleep well .. hardly I get sleep of 4.30 to 5 Hrs. But after that can't feel like activity ! It seems sleep isn't done yet properly ! Sometimes overthinking may cause or using electronics gadgets like laptop or mob or reading books.. but even after avoiding all this can't sleep.. ! Felt like sleepy but not able to sleep well laziness like that...

Hi This condition is called insomnia. Simply speaking Insomnia means inability to get sleep or sleep well at night. Causes: 1. Stress 2. Any medicine 3. High amounts of coffee 4.
