1. Stress
2. Any medicine
3. High amounts of coffee
4. Alcohol and smoking
5. Depression, anxiety or any other psychological issues
Advice
1. You can do relaxation techniques. This will help to sleep.
2. Get comfortable place to sleep and avoid watching mobile
3. Try to go bed early as much as possible.
4. Everyday maintain a same time to sleep
5. Avoid drinking coffee, tea after evening 6'o clock .
