Late night sleeping and not having a continuous sleep for 6 hours. If I try to sleep early then eye lids pains

If the sleep disturbance is not persistent but happened only last night, sleep hygiene would help. If it’s a persistent problem, underlying psychiatric illness needs to be assessed. Some good sleep hygiene practices are sleeping at the same time everyday, avoiding day time naps, having dinner 2 hrs prior to sleep time, keeping the room dark when its time to sleep, avoiding stimulating things like watching tv, mobile when it’s time to sleep etc
