A proper clinical assessment on current status followed by pain relieving modalities to be started at first. Gentle Passive/Active movements can be started with isometrics to the shoulder muscle groups. Care not to strain biceps and avoid resistance exercises as such till proper recovery and prognosis can be established. Shoulder stabilization exercises has to be started.
Next Steps

Health Tips
Avoid sleeping on affected shoulder. Contrast therapy can help. Ensure good support for shoulder/shoulder stabilization during activities. Avoid strenuous activities affecting the shoulder.
