I'am an international player of volleyball and don't want surgery for curing my labrum tear. this happened while playing volleyball.
I don't want any type of surgery and next year i have asian games and i have to appear for them , so please try to help me.

Hi...its good to know that you are not keen on a surgery and wish to recover from the injury through othet forms of conservative rehab.Physiotherapy is definitely a good option but again surgery or no surgery depends on the grade of labral tear you having and also on how much it has impacted your daily life and sports.It also depends on the duration of the injury and other symptoms associated with it.
