Skin and hair fall problem

I have closed comedones on my skin for a long time ,and I start medication like , azelaic acid, aklief retinoid ,and salicylic acid along with niacinamide ,there it's not cure and I also have hairfall problem I have severe hairfall since 3 to 4 year ,
