Hi As the information is not enough to suggest u a proper treatment , I would like u to consult a orthopaedics or physiotherapist as early as possible so that they can examine ur shoulder and check which ligament or muscle is injured and up to what extent . Try to not do any gym activity till to consult a specialist otherwise it may get worse.
Next Steps
Consult physiotherapist and do cold fermentation over the inflamed area or tender area of ur shoulder . It ll help u to relieve pain

Hello I need a little insight to your problem, how did your pain start, did it start all of a sudden? Is there any position in which the shoulder does not hurt? Has the pain been different in the past 2 months in terms of intensity? From the information you have provided, it could either be an issue in your muscle, joint or a cushion like pouch called the bursa so I would need more information.
