I m having shoulder pain while playing cricket or throwing anything. This problem , I have been facing for almost a year. I thought it will get better but it is getting worse day by day.

I can understand your problem very well as i use to play corporate cricket and I have dealed with many cases were they have alot of pain while throwing the ball

I would suggest you to meet a physiotherapist who can release your short head of bicep with taping

May b it’s a impingement syndrome...consult your near by Physio and do some strengthening exercises

It's starting when shoulder rottercuff muscle over used or information in muscle.so u should someone rest of the shoulder and then do strengthing exercise of shoulder..
