Shoulder and back pain

2016-10-19 03:28:01
I am having constant pain in neck and shoulders and lower back. I searched on Internet and read about Fibromyalgia. My symptoms look similar. I feel exhausted at end of day and it is not same as regular work related exhaustion. Do not feel fresh even after nights sleep. I feel stiffness of muscles around neck and more around face. I am not sure what exactly is the issue but it do not let me concentrate enough and that annoys me. Also I feel stressed. I am not sure if stress is due to this or this issue is due to stress. Please advise.

You need to visit a physiotherapy clinic near you and kindly go for few tests like vitamin d , calcium and vitamin b 12... and you can go for physiotherapy sessions with a technique called dry needling so that your stiffness and pain at the shoulder and muscles around it get relaxed...this technique is done infra muscular and have instant relief and also do a x ray too.. to rule out any changes in the spine...

Pain can be due to many reasons like long hours of work, driving, injury or ur POSTURE . When did the pain start? is it descending to your arms as well? Depending upon your clinical symptoms an orthopedician or a physiotherapist would prescribe you treatment. Plz visit a doctor nearby to know about your condition. Meanwhile do not lift any heavy weights.

Your pain can be due to various reasons from postural problem, muscle imbalance, spinal stiffness. See a physio and get your physical diagnosis done to come to clinical diagnosis. And this looks like postural problem to me.
