Should we take creatine before workout

Hi doctors Recently I started going to gym and my history of going gym is Nil. I am quite lean and hardly gain. I am under weight and now I feel I should gain some decent weight. I was advised by my coach in gym that I should be having creatine before workout and during workout I should take BCAAs. Post workout whey protein as i am a vegetarian. Pls advise if I am on right track as I started using taking them already. I look forward to hearing!!

Hello Go natural, for gaining weight. Creatine can increase your energy levels for heavy workouts. Temporarily you may gain muscle mass but not recommended for long run. It can affect kidney adversely. So better build muscles by eating healthy foods. Don't look for shortcut. Milk, curd, paneer, soya nuggets, lentils, pulses, legumes all are good source of protein. If non-vegetarian can have eggs, chicken, fish etc. Keep doing cardio and workout, and take protein rich diet, you will gain weight.

Hi, Creatine is an amino acid that is recommended for all people who practice sport intensively for a short time and who wish to move up a level physically. Not advised in the long run. If you are aiming for Weight gain, its advised to go naturally. Focus on Lifestyles modifications & Dietary changes. It would surely help.

Gud afternoon those supplements can be taken for a certain time span not for long time u should use it, bcoz it has certain adverse impacts on body organs later on after leaving it's usage. So pls consult an expert on it before taking any supplement. If u r having a healthy balanced diet n maintaining a healthy lifestyle routine then there is no need of using extra supplement for muscle mass growth. Pls kindly it's my sincere request pls don't take up gym trainer suggestions.
