High SGOT, SGPT levels suggest active destruction  of liver cells, that is mostly due to infection or alcohol. Even alka phosphate is high. It is advisable to tell your symptoms in detail, any H/o alcohol intake? Till then avoid exertion, fatty food, alcohol.
