Severe Vomiting

I have been having severe stomach upset for 3 days. I have constipation and no appetite. I am throwing up whatever I am eating including the meds. The urine is brown colored. I am taking Ofloz Oz, Rabesec DSR and Meftal Forte but theree is no improvement and I feel like vomiting all the time Kindly suggest what to do now.

3 days history of vomiting may have caused dehydration.If you can tolerate fluids ,use oral rehydrate 4-6 times daily and sips of water frequently,stop meftal forte could be a source of gastritis.If you can't ,visit a hospital emergency room in your area for further management.

First of all address to your dehydration as your urine colour is brown...have Ors ,do not have plain water.... Stop oflox oz Have vital-z  powder with water 5-6 times a day( for rehydration) Take domperidome 10 mg stat dose If vomiting doesn't control then take ondem 4 mg stat dose...(for vomiting) If you need extra help,do consult
