My 9.5 year old child has toothache since 3 days, can anyone prescribe antibiotics and painkillers for her pain?

Please don't give any medications. Take to dentist, check if it is milk tooth or permanent tooth or eruption gum pain. Treatment varies, Milk tooth--- Better extract, as it might damage permanent tooth Permanent tooth --- Go for Apexogenesis or apexification Eruption gum pain-- Apply Dentogel over the area, that's enough.

Medicines are supplementary in toothache. They can't treat pain or disease completely. To relieve pain we need to treat the cause of pain. If milk teeth are not treated they cause infection in new teeth also.
