I have a vitamin d level of 8.19 ng/ml in recent test which is a severe vitamin d deficiency, is it also a reason of not gaining weight and muscles properly and skinny hands legs and gluten muscles , I am losing weight without even trying with skinny hands and legs , is it because of this severe vitamin d deficiency

May its not due to vitamin D,  check other factors. And if possible visit nearest dietician/Nutritionist. May be they will help out.
