Severe knee pain at age of 40

I'm 40 year old male and i've been having severe knee pain in both knees since last 2-3 years. X rays shows reduced joint space and tilt patella I've also been diagnosed with osteoporosis. Please advise

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Actually due to ur weight shifting balance while u walk and u bear ur weight in the outer part Of the leg will give u reduce space in the knee joint kindly do reduce ur weight if ur obese and visit a physiotherapist for ur knee joint pain and follow some exercises taught to you
