Hi It is necessary to determine what is causing insomnia. Insomnia during pregnancy is common. You are six months pregnant, and you might be having the tendency to urinate often. Insomnia during pregnancy happens due to hormonal changes and it also common to suffer from restless leg syndrome. It is a great feeling to be pregnant, but the worry of delivery and motherhood can trigger anxiety. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about insomnia during pregnancy. A psychologist will help you with stress management and relaxation techniques to feel calm. Psychotherapy is an effective treatment for insomnia. Do not worry counselling sessions will help you.
