Have severe heel pain in right heel, xray showed heel spur, surgeon recommended stretches and footwear , even after that no relief, kindly guide iam confused as to how long will this take to heel

It takes time. Need to focus on streching, wear soft cushioned footwear, and silicon heel pad. Can get a shot of injection for faster pain relief.
