As there is no permanent solution for any kind of allergy and this season is also allergic so firstly you should try to avoid allergens as you can. You can use anti allergic eye drops as condition flare up and you can also go for some Ayurvedic procedure after consulting an Ayurvedic eye specialist near you for better results.

Hello,  When you are allergic to dust, lemon ,cold etc. mere diet wouldn't help to cure the condition. Proper treatment should follow with maximum abstaining from allergens . Consult a Shalakya (ENT specialist in ayurveda) directly for proper examination and consultation.
