Allergy cough
Hi I have a allergy cough. My esr is 40mm/cc and aec is 490 mm /cc. How to reduce this. Pls tell me further treatment. Is this spreadable to kids or adults ¿

1. Take 1tea spoon "Haldi powder" (turmeric powder) 3 time a day after meal.
2. Drink boiled water (take 400ml water and boil till it remains just 100ml leave it until it becomes Luke warm water) take it 3 to 4 time in day.
3. Avoid all kind of cold, too hot, spicy and sousy food.
4. Take proper healthy sleep.
5. Gurgle with Luke warm water with adding rock salt and pinch of turmeric powder 2 to 3 time a day.

It's not contagious.. so don't worry.
Just avoid over drinking of water.. avoid fluid like coffee, tea, milk water after sunset.

apply coconut oil 2 drops in each nostril 4 times a day.
