Der is not much we can deduce from the complaints apart from showing it to a good physiotherapist in your area. Please let us know where u stay so accordingly we can recommend or arrange a physiotherapist. It needs a complete evaluation and then find out the cause and treat it.

consult to a good physiotherapist and mean while go for gentle hot fermentation over the region and strengthening exercises for shoulder and core strengthening for back.

Hi..this much information is not sufficient to diagnose ...did she had a fall or any previous injury..since how long is she suffering.. Which doc you consulted..any investigations done..she needs to be evaluated clinically also..so you go to orthopedic surgeon and then Physio can guide you with exercises and pain relieving with modalities as per required..by the time for pain relief rest and ice fermentation may help.

Greetings, ma'am , for advise on the treatment, There has to be a diagnosis made that what is causing back pain , what are relieving Factors and what are the aggravating factors, When and for how long does the pain lasts and also what type is it (pins and needles , throbbing, or electric and sharp, sudden dull etc..) post that a few other tests which include muscle power , and range and Deep tendon reflexes are to be checked upon. It is advisable to visit Orthopaedic / Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist. Please If possible urgently
