Take a painkiller like diclofenac ( zerodol) twice daily for 3 days provided u have normal kidney function Apply local gel And avoid sudden jerky movement, lifting weights, forward bending Make sure that pain is not radiating to legs or difficulty in passing urine. If yes kindy consult a doctor. If no , can continue with pain killers.
