Severe anxiety

Hello, i have been experiencing extreme anxiety. And now it has increased to that extend that even if i am at rest i would still experience it, my heartbeat will go so fast, my hands n feet would be cold and still moist. I would have a churning feeling in my stomach, that would make me nauseous. At first i thought it was due to some events happened back in march but now i am over that issue but still the anxiety hasnt gone away. I mostly lose my appetite and my sleep if i get anxious out of nowhere even without doing any of the things which triggers me. Also, shall i avoid the triggering things or still do them? As it is affecting my personal life alot.
