Hello sir.... usually the high altitude wont cause any problem, but it can aggrevate underlying cause... if the filling s not properly done and if it has any voids the air will go inside and causes sensitivity and pain... wait for some times....if the pain and sensitivity still persits then kindly vist dentist and get the x-ray( IOPA) done of the invovled tooth to check for any infection under the filling... medication is only temporary relief...

HELLO If u still have sensitivity to cold after the filling it might be that the filling done is not proper

its called barodontalgia , no need to worry . it happens to some people . but if pain persists and it irritates you , i would suggest to have clinical examination and radiographic examination done .

Altitude does cause a pressure buildup and cause symptoms that you have experienced. Nothing to worry....don't panic. It will subside shortly. If it doesn't reduce in 3-5 days.... Visit a nearby dentist

At high altitudes the pain or the sensitivity is more since tooth also has blood supply and nerve supply through its pulp and the altitude changes affect the tooth pulp also due to which pressure changes create an aggravation of any underlying dental issue such as an improperly done filling. Underlying pocket in the filling and so on. Once you come to a lower altitude the same pressure is controlled and you do not feel or feel less pressure. Do visit a dentist wherever you are to correct the defect in the filling
