I have rotator cuff tear in both shoulders from incorrect gym workouts. What are the treatment options?

Treatment varies with severity of injury , in complete tear surgery is the right way to go ahead. Incomplete tear needs supervised physiotherapy sessions for 6 months 2-3times per week.

U said tear but how about the severity of the tear depending on that only we can guide you visit a ortho doctor and have a digital x ray if can’t rule out then go for MRI u can say the diagnosis on your own
