Hi...... The treatment should be decided after clinical and radiographic(X-ray ) examination. If the infection or say the cavity is not that deep and you are not having any pain then normal filling can be done. Normal fillings include Composites and GIC( Glass Ionomer Cement) and Silver colour fillings. But if the infection or cavity is deep with pain in the tooth then the tooth has to go for RCT. ( Root canal Treatment). By both the above procedures your tooth will be saved.

Hi sir ... Based on radiographic (X_RAY) investigation,we can  decide treatment plan... if the infection is superficial (confined to enamel and dentine layer) simple filling is enough... If the infection reaches pulpal layer(nerve layer) Root canal should be done...
Next Steps
kindly consult nearby dentist for furthur consultation nd management...

Please upload your x Ray. Most probably it will go find RCT. If tooth structure is not enough. Only roots are remaining, it will go for extraction. We can decide all this by x Ray only

Hello sir, upload the x-ray because without seeing the x-ray its not possible to predict what treatment can be done... For saving your natural tooth Root canal is best treatment... But that particular infected tooth should be capable of doing Root canal...
