As Ur x-ray suggest uneven bones, medically we call it Scoliosis. Plz get full spine x-ray done. We need to know is it thoracic or lumbothoracic or lumbosacral misalignment. Also need to adjust Ur ribs after assessment. Do learn some scoliosis specific stretching exercises and strengthening exercises. Also remember to practice breathing exercises. If Ur deviation is a lot, you can wear a scoliosis brace.

Please visit a Experienced Physiotherapist who treats spine and scoliosis.
