Right knee pain

It's 6 months postpartum,had twin pregnancy right now facing severe knee pain,the right knee . My mother has osteoarthritis. I'm unable to sit on the ground ,can't put pressure on my knee. Please help what can I do to get over with it

Inflammatory arthritis is very common in post partum female especially who is having low calcium. It will resolve with simple pain killers for somedays, if not then investigations needed and sometimes intra-articular triamcinolone needed to reduce inflammation.
