Right knee pain for the last 3 years

Hello! Doctor My father is non diabetic and thyroid problem. He is unable to walk comfortably for the last 3 years. He went several medical treatment in the town but there is no relief. His knee do not bend backward completely as ours. He walks with severe pain. He does a private job in which he does his all work by standing for more than 10 hours everyday. Please help us. Thank you.
