This is borderline high level. You need to check 2 hrs post lunch sugar and ba1c level.

Do u have any symptoms?
Go for glucose tolerance test with 100grams glucose...2hours post prandial sugars and hba1c levels
Life style modifications with low carbohydrate and low fat diet , physical activity is important..avoid any knd of sugars

The report is normal if you feel any symptoms or you have a family history of diabetes or you are overweight sedentary worker you can take fasting and post panadial test of sugar on same day with same amount of diet after one and a half hour gap between meals and pp sugar test ifyou have more doubts get a glucose tolerance test.

Are you already diabetic?
If yes,, have you taken your dose of medication last night.
If you are not previously diabetic or if you are not on any diabetes medication, then this value says it's JUST NORMAL but If you still doubt get your Fasting, Post Prandial Blood Sugars along with HbA1C

Get your sugar tested 2 hours after bfast. That is a more reliable indicator, specially since your fasting level is borderline.
