Hello doctor, My daughter is 13 years old, having frequent acidity, heartburn, constipation and lack of appetite for almost 3-4 weeks now. The uptake of meal is reduced considerably and also reporting motion Sometimes immediately after the meal. Plz advice. Thanks! Regards

Change life style n diet plan drastically first.  Lansaprazole one in empty stomach for ten days.  Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3 times. Duphalac syr10 ml at night for constipation. Practine 4 mg one hr before dinner it produce hunger. For two weeks. Lupizyme syr10 ml two times  after meals. Avoid junk, fast, OUTSIDE  ,non veg till she becomes symptom free.

Gastritis. Avoid spicy foods and avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk. Drink plenty of water.
