I have suffering from alopecia areata since last 8 year. i have taken so much medicines like kenakort injection ,predisnol etc. now doctor suggest me to take tofacitinib.i want to know does its effect on fertility issue because i am thinking about my family planning and what are the possible risk after taking tofacitinib.
