Regarding some food in acid reflux

I am suffering from acid reflux, could you please help me what should I eat or what not?? Except coffee, tea, spicy food, cabbage, capsicum I already didn't eat these, anything else I shouldn't eat.

Gud morning have light or easily digestible foods. Try to avoid highly spicy, salty, gravy food items.

Hi, Instructions for Acid Reflux, GERD & Gut Health These are some of the Acidity relievers you can try -      Lifestyle Changes • Try to avoid over heated food. • Sleep 💤 by keeping your head high. • Don't wear tight fit clothes. Wear loose outfits at home, office & outside always. • Try to take atleast 8 hours of sleep in a day. • Try to take meals with family at home. • Try to sleep atleast 2-3 hours post meals. Dietary changes • Try to include little ginger in the tea & sabjis. • In lassi & curd include fresh mint leaves. • Take watery vegetables like ghia, tori, kaddu etc. • Take cucumber in salad. • Avoid fried foods but if taken occasionally then don't take it in a hurry. Take it bite by bite happily. • Take Saunf water sip by sip after the meals. • Chew tulsi leaves or mint leaves on daily basis most probably after meals. • You can also chew green saunf after meals. • Take your medications as prescribed by your Doctor.  Others • Do your best & be free thereafter. • Keep the stress out of your life. • Last but not the least always remain joyful and contented 24 × 7.
