When you step outside in Extreme summer heat , it causes passive heat stress, triggering intense sympathetic nervous system activity in the body. In addition to that , sweating depletes your body's fluid levels, lowering total blood volume. Your heart accelerates to circulate the reduced volume of blood. So could be a body response overall .Try Getting to a cooler space,Rehydrate,Cool your skin,Apply cool damp cloth to your neck, wrist and forehead (not super cold , just a cloth wrung out after dipping in tap water ) and Rest. Certain diseases ,food, drugs and  medications can complicate the body’s cooling mechanisms and lead to such symptoms as well.
Next Steps
Please consult personally so that I can understand your symptoms better , heart rate of 130+ requires proper history and examination to interpret
Health Tips
Completely avoid outdoor activities in peak sunlight hours.Drink water before stepping outside.Do not self medicate.

Could be due to sweating and dehydration in heat and body's adrenergic response to stress. Get  thyroid function tests done and share results.

Anxiety or stress response — some people unconsciously become more alert or anxious outside, causing adrenaline release and faster heart rate. Deconditioning — even mild walking or climbing stairs outside can increase pulse more than expected. Heat, humidity, dehydration, caffeine, nicotine — all can raise heart rate. Orthostatic intolerance / POTS — heart rate rises excessively on standing or walking. Anemia, hyperthyroidism, infection, fever — medical causes of persistent tachycardia. Panic symptoms or anxiety — especially if accompanied by sweating, chest tightness, trembling, or fear.
Next Steps
you can try monitoring BP, ecg, electrolytes.
Health Tips
Adequate hydration with electrolytes is recommended!

Hi! Increased pulse rate in heat is a normal body response. At 28 years with no other issues, this mild rise is harmless. Feel free to consult for a proper check if it causes worry. 👍

Increase in pulse rate in heat is a completely normal physiological response — when temperatures rise, your blood vessels dilate to release body heat, which slightly drops blood pressure, and your heart compensates by beating faster to maintain circulation. At 115-132 bpm while standing in heat, this is within expected range, but if you feel dizzy, breathless, or your resting pulse at home is consistently above 100 bpm, it warrants investigation.
Next Steps
Stay well hydrated in hot weather, avoid direct sun exposure during peak hours, and rest in cool environments. If you experience palpitations, chest pain, or breathlessness, get an ECG done. Feel free to consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
Health Tips
Avoid strenuous outdoor activity in peak heat. If pulse regularly exceeds 140 bpm or you feel faint, see a doctor promptly.
