Surely you can have Implants. Before that have some pre operative investigations like routine blood test, CBCT etc done. Please visit a qualified Dental Surgeon.

Namaskaram , Implants are considered to be the best option in replacing the missing tooth. However for placing the implants there are a number of pre requisites to be considered like the amount of space , density of the bone and the medical history of the patient as they play a major role for the success of the implant. kindly visit the dentist , as he can run a couple of examinations and opg to proceed with the further treatment. First u have to consult the Dr, implant placement depends on availability of bone, consult as early as possible before you loose the bone

The earlier the better... otherwise the sinus tends to grow down into that space and may need some minor corrective procedure during implant placement.contact your nearest implantologist for opinion regarding the same.
Next Steps
meet the implantologist ASAP
