Regarding back muscle pain

2019-11-12 11:30:45
My mom came back from out of station last week and she got a lower back pain due to carrying her luggage. Or as we call in hindi "Khich parh jana". It's been a week now but the pain is still there. At first it was fading away but now it's back to square one. She has tried moov spray and volini gel too but they don't seem to have a great effect. She's a working lady and this pain is hindering her in doing her job. Please suggest some tips/remedies. Thankyou

If it has not subsided yet then ur mother should surely go to a physiotherapist nearby, with the help of therapy and some anti inflammatory it will be fine soon.Icing can be done twice for 10 min each time.anti inflammatory like nucoxia 90 mg once work best in such conditions and not to forget vitamin D3 levels also as they play imp role in inflammation ,if her vitamin D3 is low start vitamin D3 once weakly for 1 month atleast.thanks.

The patient can put hot pack on the back. Take postural precautions like not bending down direct from hip, avoid picking up heavy weight.  Sleep on orthopedic mattress which is neither too hard or too soft. If pain persists ift should be taken at physiotherapy clinic. Exercises can be started as pain reduces. In case of back pain associated with pain radiating to legs please consult doctor immediately
