Severe anemia can sometimes lead to chest pain, but that doesn’t mean your pain is definitely because of it. Chest pain can happen for many different reasons. To find out the exact cause, a proper check-up and detailed history are needed. It’s best to see a general physician for further evaluation and guidance.
