I can see that your wisdom tooth in bottom Jaw is stuck in bone. Looking at the position it's unlikely that it will come out on its own. The position of red spot / ulcer depicts that there may be  an opposing wisdom tooth which is growing towards the cheek and when you bite or eat food, opposing tooth touches on the gums leading to ulcer.  So if upper wisdom  is titled it's contouring/ removal will prevent ulcer formation in future.

Apply kenakort ointment. Go for xray your wisdom teeth is impacted (not fully erupted)
