Hello, I had a close look at the photo you shared. The red itchy bump with your description (skin first becomes red and itchy → after scratching small raised red bumps appear) sounds most consistent with allergic skin reaction / urticaria (hives). These usually appear suddenly, are itchy, red, slightly raised, and may come and go. They are not insect bites if happening repeatedly without exposure. Common triggers: certain foods (nuts, milk, seafood), medicines (painkillers, antibiotics), dust, weather changes, stress, or sometimes no clear cause. Usually not dangerous, but if you ever get swelling of lips, eyelids, tongue or difficulty breathing → that’s an emergency (angioedema) and you should go to ER immediately. What you can do now: Avoid scratching; use cool compresses to reduce itching. Keep a note of what you ate/used before rash appeared (to identify trigger). Wear loose cotton clothes, avoid very hot showers. Over-the-counter anti-allergy medicines (antihistamines) are usually given by doctors for relief. Since this is recurring for several days, it’s best to consult a skin specialist (dermatologist) once, and maybe get an allergy test (IgE panel) if needed. Don’t worry — in most cases this is allergic urticaria, not serious, but it needs control and finding the trigger. I hope it help you
