Recurring UTI treatment
How to treat UTI permanently. I have been on antibiotics since tha past 7 days and after stopping antibiotics for 1 day my UTI symptoms came back. How do I treat them to make them go away permanently.
Maybe something in the food you are taking or the spicies added is not suiting you. Drinking very less water (less than 2-3 L), Sedentary lifestyle, smoking, alcohol, Stress, using synthetic pads/napkins etc can b a cause.

First of all get urine routine test and then if pus cells are found go for urine culture and sensitivity test ! Looking at the report specific antibiotics will ge given. Then can recheck the same after the treatment course is completed.

Drink lots of water and liquids in the form ganji, coconut water, fruit juices. Avoid excess intake of salt and spicy foods
